Customers can begin booking their healthcare visits through their memberships on Sept. 25 in all 50 states.
The company said it does not accept insurance because it mainly caters to the uninsured American population who may prefer to pay cash.
Their services include primary care visits for $29, health checkups for $72, and virtual mental health consults for $79.
The health check-up includes a lab panel followed by a virtual consult with a medical practitioner.
Costco joins Amazon in the league of retailers providing independent healthcare services directly to customers.
