Nobody at StellarFi will ever contact you to request a password or verification code for your account. If you have any questions or concerns about security, please reach out to our support team.
We use encryption to help protect your account information and monitor your activity to help identify unauthorized transactions. If you suspect that your account shows unauthorized activity, please reach out to our support team immediately.
We store data about you and your account using encryption on servers in secure locations.
When you set up your account, we will require that you provide a phone number for two-factor authentication. Never share your two-factor verification codes with anyone.
We’re here to help. If you have any questions or concerns about security, please reach out to our support team. We’ll do our best to respond to any issues quickly and with care.
If you are a security researcher and would like to report a vulnerability that you’ve found, please send your report to security@stellarfi.com.
When sharing your report, please try to be as thorough as possible, providing enough information that we can recreate your findings. Code samples and/or screen recordings are great for demonstrating your exploit. You should explain how the vulnerability can be used to impact user data or our systems. If you are using automated tools to find vulnerabilities, please be aware that these tools often report false positives.
Upon receiving your report, we will immediately take steps to identify whether the report is a legitimate issue, and if so, remediate.
Depending on the nature of the report, we will coordinate with you on public disclosure. StellarFi does not currently have a bug bounty program.
