If you no longer need your GoHenry subscription because your child is over 18 or you want to try an alternative service, you can easily cancel it at any time.
Follow these simple steps to cancel your GoHenry subscription
- Contact Member Services at (330) 100-7676 between 8 am-8 pm, available every day.
- Give them the account details and request a cancellation.
You can also cancel via email.
- Mail them at help@GoHenry.co.uk.
- You will receive an email to confirm.
When you cancel the account, you will have three days’ time to reactivate your account in case you change your mind. If you want to reactivate after three days, you will have to create a new account.
After you cancel, it will take 7-10 business days for your remaining funds to be transferred to your bank account from GoHenry.
