With a 24 Hour Fitness subscription, you can access the gym’s group fitness classes that include Zumba®, HIIT, cycling, BODYPUMP™, and BODYCOMBAT™. Working out at a 24-Hour Fitness also opens up access to personal training, on-demand workouts, virtual classes, and even high-performance Olympic training rigs.
If you no longer need your 24 Hour Fitness subscription because you have met your fitness goal, your free trial has ended or you want to try a different gym, you can easily cancel it at any time.
Follow these simple steps to cancel your 24 Hour Fitness subscription
The terms of cancelation will be different depending on the type of plan you subscribed to.
You can cancel through one of these four methods:
- Call them at (866) 308-8179.
- Contact your local club.
- Fill out an email request form on the site.
- Login to My24® and cancel through “My Account.”
If you are on a monthly membership plan, you will need to provide notice to 24 Hour Fitness either in writing or in person at a club. Auto-renewal of your membership will be stopped and you can cancel your membership.
If you are on a plan with a specific commitment period, you can only cancel after the commitment period is over.
