If you would like to cancel your WHOOP subscription within 30 days of receiving your band, you are eligible for a refund of the Initial Membership Fee, barring shipping charges.
If you purchased WHOOP through its trial offer, you can cancel any time during the trial period and return the WHOOP device and battery pack within 21 days.
You may only cancel your membership at the end of the commitment period of the plan you chose.
- Visit the Membership page of the web app and click on “Cancel your membership”. If you have:
- Paid upfront (12 or 24 months): You can cancel at the end of the upfront period only.
- Paid monthly, within 12-month commitment: You pay the amount due for the remaining months of your commitment, or end the membership after the commitment end date
- After the 12-month commitment: You can cancel your membership before your next billing date.
- Select one of the three options and click “Cancel your membership”.
- You will receive a cancelation confirmation.
