Is there a free trial for BODi?
Yes. BODi offers a 14-day free trial offer to all new users. You can experience the entire range of fitness content they produce every week for free for two weeks. If you are happy with the results, you can then move to the paid subscription, choosing the one that suits you best.

What is included in a BODi membership?
There are some old and some newly added features to the new BODi membership.
BODi Blocks:
A series of workouts set to music spanning over three weeks. New Blocks begin on the first Monday of every month. There will be new workouts five days a week for 30 minutes each, with one week for rest and recovery. There are four main blocks offered:
Beginners’ Block: For those who are just starting out and want to learn the basics.
All-Body Block: Fitness training that works out the whole body.
Iron Block: This includes workout routines specifically to build muscle.
Bike Block: As the name suggests, for those who want to try being fit riding a bike.
Super Block: BODi also offers several other on-demand fitness programs led by experts and super trainers who guide you through different kinds of workouts they specialize in.
Mindset: Another new feature introduced in 2023, the Mindset section of your membership gives you tools and guided videos to help your mind feel fit through motivational classes run by experts. These tools and videos help you build a positive outlook towards life and feel good about your body as you continue your fitness journey.
Other features:
- 100+ fitness programs including cardio, yoga, pilates, and so much more!
- Two Eating Plans: Portion Fix Basics and 2B Mindset Basics including 1000 recipes with new ones added every month.
- Interact with the BODi community, other members that use BODi.
- Stream across multiple supported devices
What are the membership plans available?
As of March 2023, they have two plans:
Annual Subscription: At $15/month, the annual membership saves you 50% as you are billed $179 every year. You also get a 30-day money back guarantee with this plan.
Quarterly Subscription: Billed every three months at $89 at the rate of $30/month, this plan also offers the 14-day free trial.
The billing auto-renews for the same price that you originally subscribed to until you decide to terminate your membership. You can cancel anytime.
