You can cancel your Hand & Stone membership by calling (866) 889-7866 or emailing spa@handandstone.com.
They also have a “Membership Freeze” option where you can freeze your membership at select locations for up to three months. You can only use the freeze option twice in 12 months for a maximum of three months. There has to be a gap of at least 30 days between two freezes.
