If you no longer use Curology, are not seeing the expected results, or you simply want to try something different, canceling your membership is hassle-free.
Follow these simple steps to cancel your Curology subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Log in to your Curology account.
- Go to the payment page through the dropdown menu.
- Click on “I want to cancel” at the bottom of the page.
- Answer the follow-up questions.
- Follow the rest of the prompts to complete the cancelation.
- Check for a confirmation email.
Note: You can also pause your account which will delay the next shipment you are due to receive. It will not cancel your account.
You can also email the support team telling them why you want to cancel the account and they will do it for you.
