Follow these simple steps to cancel your DocuSign subscription
To close your DocuSign account, you need to be the Account Administrator. You need to have the DocuSign account number, email address, phone number, and credit card details. To close the account:
- Log in to the DocuSign account.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Select “Plans and Billing”. Click on “Change Plan”.
- Here you can choose to change your existing plan or cancel it altogether.
- If you choose “Cancel Subscription”, your account will be downgraded to the free version.
- Select “click here” under the “Close Account” banner if you want to permanently close the account.
- Click “Confirm Cancel” if you have canceled your account.
Note: Canceling your subscription will not delete the files you already have in your account. But if you permanently close the account, you have to download all your documents if you don’t want to lose them.
