Netflix is one of the most popular digital streaming services in the world, offering both local and international original content. However, if you are already a subscriber who no longer needs the subscription because you find it expensive, or simply don’t have the time to watch anything, you have the option of canceling the account.
Like most services, Netflix allows you to cancel your subscription at any time.
Follow these simple steps to complete your cancelation:
- Sign in to your Netflix account.
- Click on the arrow at the top right corner of the home page.
- Select ‘Account’ from the drop-down list.
- Click on ‘Cancel Membership’ under the ‘Membership & Billing’ section.
- Click ‘Finish Cancellation’ to confirm.
To cancel through their website, visit https://netflix.com/account/cancel.
You can also email their support team at support@netflix.com to help you cancel your account.
For any complaints or concerns, call 000-800-919-1694.
Note: If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, or have a gift card, you can continue to use Netflix until the end of the billing period or until the balance in the gift card ends. The subscription will not be renewed automatically after that.
