In order to cancel, you need to turn off your auto-renewal setting to cancel your Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
- Log in to your Nintendo account.
- Click on “Shop Menu”.
- Choose “Nintendo Switch Online” and then “Turn Off Automatic Renewal” for the correct Nintendo Switch Online membership or subscription.
Note: Once auto-renewal is turned off, it cannot be turned on again.
