Follow these simple steps to cancel your Stitch Fix subscription
Stitch Fix offers different ways to manage your subscription. You can:
- Alter the status of an in-progress Fix: If you have already placed the order and paid the styling fee, you will not be able to cancel it online because the stylist is already working on your order. However, you can submit a request to the support team and they will help you.
- Change Fix frequency: If you want to change the duration between automatic deliveries, you can change it at any time by following this link.
- Stop automatic deliveries: If you want to change your frequency to an on-demand delivery system, you can do so.
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account on the website.
- Click “Manage Fix Frequency”.
- Untick “Save me time by sending Fixes on a schedule” and confirm.
- Click on “Stop receiving Fixes automatically”, and then “Continue”.
From the Stitch Fix app:
- Click on the “Account” section.
- Untick the box saying “Save me time by sending Fixes on a schedule” and confirm.
