It feels much more luxurious to hold (and use) a heavier metal credit card than a classic plastic one. Metal credit cards are often associated with premium account benefits.
Here are some well-known metal credit cards:
Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card: Known for its rewards program geared towards travel and dining.
American Express® Gold Card: Offers generous dining rewards and a solid flight points system.
Capital One Venture® Rewards Credit Card: Provides flat-rate rewards and is excellent for everyday use and travel.
Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card®: Ideal for Amazon and Whole Foods shoppers, offering significant returns on purchases.
The Platinum Card® from American Express: High-end card with extensive travel benefits and luxury perks.
Apple Card: Made of titanium, this card integrates well with Apple Pay and offers cash back on transactions.
These cards not only provide the tangible benefits of durability but often come with comprehensive rewards programs, making them appealing to frequent travelers or those who spend in specific categories like dining or technology.
