Your credit score usually drops if your credit report was recently updated with negative information. This can include late payments, increased credit card balances, high credit utilization ratio, multiple new credit accounts, hard inquiries, or even inaccurate information in your credit report.

The higher your credit score, the more it is affected by negative information. There is no way to specifically determine which information has caused your credit score to drop. You will have to review your credit report and the information that is updated on it to figure it out.
