Affirm offers a buy-now-pay-later – without fees – loan repayment plan for purchases made using their services. There is no minimum credit score requirement mentioned in the eligibility requirements for an Affirm loan. But, your credit score, utilization rate, payment history with Affirm, the age of your Affirm account, currently active Affirm loans, etc., are some of the factors that affect your loan application with Affirm.
This means that a good credit score (above 700), with low credit balances and utilization, is favorable. Additionally, Affirm currently reports some of its loans to Experian®, so keeping your Experian credit report updated may also help.
